Spring Bash - April 24-25, 2010

Not me on the cabin 204....I will be working and not able to make the spring bash. Sucks. Don't know who has it?

OH.... sorry to hear you will not make it TBB, I thought for sure you had it reserved again. Will we see you in the Fall?>

Hello, can anyone tell me what the spring bash is all about, where its at and where you guys stay, or any info.? thank's, Bob.

spring bash is just a bunch of people with busas that get together in robbinsville, NC and most people stay at the phillips and the microtel. We get group rides together all over the smokey mountain area for about 4-7 days. Just enjoy meeting each other from the board, grille burgers and steaks, and drink some adult beverages around the fire pit telling stories.

Started 6-7 years ago with just 5-10 people and now its grown to over 100. Its a great time if you haven't been. I've been the last 5 years(I think) and I love it. I will still keep coming (when I'm able to) even if I don't ride a busa anymore. Its a great bunch of people and a great place to ride. My favorite vacation time of the year, I look forward to it more and more.

I know> Not really looking forward to the getting there or the departing from there...
However trailering is not an option this year. Perhaps in future years, when I have a rig with a tow hitch, then maybe....
But i can not see my Solara with a fugly tow hitch stickin out the back end.....

Watching the weather carefully, and thinking that I may need some heated gear... its only 111 days away until I depart T. and its -28* C here with the wind chill:please::shocked:

there's a good number heading down from new england, I will likely have room in my trailer and have been struggling with going down, fuel costs will suck hauling a 7x16 enclosed trailer alone. What was the route you were looking at to get down there?
