It looks like the question regarding number of passengers may be a little confusing, I saw there was someone with "2"!

Would it be possible to have a note field, we could enter arrival date or departure date or any other misc informaion???

Either that or someone has a sidecar on their Busa

Semi, you are correct, it is to get an accurate head count. So if you have someone coming along that isn't registering themselves, include it there.

I changed Passengers to Guests on the registration page. I had assumed that everyone who was bringing a bike would register. The Screen Name/Handle field does not validate against a valid list of user names. But this way is cool too. The purpose of it is to help get the event organized.
