We will dig into this matter ASAP.I PM'd both Rubb and Capt right after I filed the complaint.Has anyone sent a pm to Captain or RSD? I don't know if they can help but seeing that a board sponser is screwing board members it might be wise to inform them.Just an update... since I replied to his email, I haven't heard back. So I went ahead and filed a paypal complaint against him.
I'm pretty patient. Had he responded to any of my multiple messages and said there would be a delay in shipping, that would have been cool. But to just blow me off is very uncool.

Obviously we cant have a board sponsor that doesn't provide quality service.
Captain wont stand for it (he has to much integrity) and neither will I.
The matter is under investigation boyz. Answers will be provided as fast as possible.

He emailed me and said he would ship my kickstand tomorrow, which is what I wanted.
I actually sent several messages over the course of 8 days. But as I mentioned before, Chris, all I want is my levers. Once I have them, everything will be hunkydory.We are sorry about the two people that have ordered there parts and didn't get them in time. For the first person from finland we had shipped the wrong part to him and that was our fault and we are working with him and fixing the problem. As for the second person he ordered a set of levers off ebay and we never got a reciept showing that he paid for the levers. our ebay account doesn't even show that he has paid. I only recieved 1 email from him and not four or we would have responded to the email. We talked with him yesterday and resolved the issue and are sending his levers out to him tommorrow. We don't want to get a bad rap and are working hard and resolving these issues. We also just hired a new person and will be hiring another new person in a couple of weeks to help answer phone calls and give better customer service.
I hope this helps and doesn't have people stop ordering form us. We have alot of great parts and we are making a lot more parts that should be avialable soon.

Customer service is THE most important part of running a successful business...especially online. When your too busy? to respond to e-mails and too understaffed to answer phones that just reeks of greed. I ALWAYS call an online vendor and talk to them in person BEFORE I order ANYTHING. If they can't answer their phones I can't send them money....simple. People are very leery about online shopping.....you gotta learn quick not to mess with them, cause' once you mess up and word gets around its REAL hard (if not impossible) to gain back a rep. I can find screaming deals all over the net with tons of reputable vendors....I have no need whatsoever to deal with ANYBODY thats in any way questionable. I always try to give the board sponsors business even if it costs me a few bucks more.
