Geeeze, I go away for a couple of days and what happens? You guys start talking about me behind my back! Hey, it rained on us for an hour in the Sierras last night (sure glad I was in a motel in Bridgeport with my KLR covered!). Did 350 miles today. Talk 2 U guyz soon. Doyle

Shane...let me tell you...the Sierra Nevadas are FILLED with roads that'll make you think you've arrived safely in heaven.
The Stampede was my first voyage into these spectacular mountains on a bike and after the first day (Doyle took me out looking for a place for Rick Clemson to set up 'shop'), I said (and I quote): "If it wasn't for the snow, I'd move here for these roads."
That says a lot when you consider how blessed with amazing roads us SoCal hoons are.
