Thanks but no luck thereUnplug fuel pump wire harness at tank. Check connector to see if a wire has backed out. Had that happen to mine. Reseated it and all was good
Looks good visibly, noticed when you unplug it the cluster powers off so I assumed it’s goodDid you check the fuse at the starter relay?
LH side of the bike under the tail cowling
I can hear the relay click on under the tail section with the kill switch. Is there a way to bypass it to make sure it’s the relay?C41 is a fuel pump relay.
Swap it with another relay. If you're hearing it click though, it should be good.I can hear the relay click on under the tail section with the kill switch. Is there a way to bypass it to make sure it’s the relay?
I take that back, I’m not getting volts at the pump (I read 9 volts earlier not sure what is happening ). I can hear the relay click on for 3 secs then it clicks off but no volts making it to pump. I also found u can ground pin 9 straight to the battery which turns the pump relay on until u unground it, either way volts aren’t making it to the pump.Check the voltage at the pump do you get 12v then it cycles off?. then cycle the kill switch you should get 12v again for a second or two then cycles off again
Yup I even tried bypassing some of the switches but no differenceDumb question but is it in neutral, clutch engaged, switch on?
No power commander, bike is stock except exhaust, swing arm, and engineIs there a power commander on the bike?
Yup I ran it directly to the battery and it made that little whine noise. Somehow I’m not getting voltage directly at the pump harnessCan you put power to the pump direct?
Okay, so check the plug in at the fuel pump with a test light or meter, and if you don't have power at the plug work backwards.Yup I ran it directly to the battery and it made that little whine noise. Somehow I’m not getting voltage directly at the pump harness
