Starting my RC Drag racing venture.

I mounted a GPS in the car and I'm slow compared to others LOL, I'll be happy breaking 100. The Big Dogs are aiming for 200 mph.

I was going to take my RC Airplane out to our Club site but I'm afraid Biden will shoot it down !
When I went to an RC airshow some of those planes and helos were crazy in cost, detail and performance...

There was a B-17 (Memphis Belle) there that had moving turrets and the heads moved of the air crew inside...it was huge....it did a fly past with 2 Mustangs to open the show.....

One guy had a CF-18 done in the colors of our air force and it was very detailed and sounded like the real thing......

In the early '90s I was overseas with the UN in Cyprus and the Greeks were huge into RC cars, they had a big club and lots of races...we went to watch those as much as we could.....even their RC shops were huge and well stocked...I picked up a Tamiya Super Blackfoot truck there and bought a whole bunch of accessories for it (brushless motor, electronic controller, oil shocks, etc...).

One of my warehouses is next door to Chief Aircraft, which is a pretty big name in RC Air vehicles and it’s really cool to see them test firing the jet engines that they sell. They run them up and down the parking lot on a contraption with wheels and I always have to go outside and watch like a kid! Seriously fun and expensive toys these things are. I’ve seen them loading trailers as long as their toy hauler RVs with countless huge jet planes.

I've put planes into the ground and hit things with my car's and boat's, but I still do more damage to them just trying to get them out my front door and storm door LOL. It's one thing to fix them when you crash but door damage drives me Nuts.

If I lived close to Chief's I'd be broke all the time plus I'd get a job there just for the employee discount.

A guy I knew was into the planes and he'd wreck them one after another....

He built a real cool delta wing plane and when he was showing off to us and flying around he hit a duck...killed it and wrecked his plane...

He then built a really nice large scale Corsair and proceeded to crash it doing loops....

It was like that quite a bit, he was a single guy with a good disposable income and wasn't scared to spend it...

I don't have many RC things left...but I tinker with them from time to time....

I have a Tamiya Lightning of which I've changed out the shocks, motor, controller....I'm not sure how fast it goes but it seems fast....

I picked up a little RC bike...nothing special but it is fun...

And the Polaris snowmobile is stock but was bought as a platform for a different motor and controller with a separate steering servo, I'm going to start that project soon.......I'm searching around for a scale rider for it..I also have a Tamiya Leopard 2A6 tank in 1/16....

I'm semi hunting around for one of these...right now they want a pile of cash for them but I'm patient..

RC motorcycles are tricky as they require a smooth surface to use them....
