Yeah, but when it pisses off the judge, right or wrong, he will be the one to suffer. Same thing with cops. No win situation.

youre right, but if you go in acting like youre hot ****, then they will make you work for the outcome you are looking for... if you go in with a calm and polite attitude they tend to be more relaxed and may actually drop the case or just give up.
(i dated a prosecuting attorney for the city of seattle)

You dont wanna go in with any kind of attitude that makes you come across in a negative way. (even if youre right)
