Running 4 bolts instead of 6 on that particular clutch pressure plate is not a good idea. On most pressure plates (like a stock Busa) the star pattern of the 6 bolts is symmetrical. Use 4 bolts in a box pattern...get even pressure. Clutch would be OK for now,possible slippage.

The non-symmetrical bolt pattern of the above wont allow for even pressure on the stack. Probably why it's "grabby."
To get a nice cut on a bolt,pick where you want to chop it. Thread on 2 nuts,lock em against each other,place in vice and cut off un-needed with whatever. Bolt will have a nice even flat cut but be sharp. Chamfer the edge over nice with fine metal file,or smooth wheel grinder. "Pro look"
5 bucks a piece for soft headed Italian bolts eh...
