does anyone know if there is a way to modify the stock cans, like remove some of the baffles or packing on a 06 busa to get a little bit more hp and a little better sound thanks for any input on this, 2quick

Yes, there are a couple of methods to mod the cans. A quick search should turn them up.

I just modded my stock cans from mod post here...
1. used carbide burr bit on die grinder to remove welds on button allens (3 per can)
2.removed end cap
3.drilled 6 -1/2" holes , 2 between each bolt stud
4. re-installed end cap and screws
5. FIRED MOTOR AND TEST RIDE!
