Well, I ordered another set, just came in tonight, so I put them on in preperation for JenningGP trackday this Saturday. I will let you know how they feel after the track day.

Well, after spending a few hours on the bike with the STOMP traction they felt good.  It keeps you from sliding back and forth during hard acceleration and braking.   Other than that, I hardly notice they are there.

A little extra grip doesn't hurt (especially with leathers on)
