I'm PCSing (thats moving from non-military) from Hawaii to Missouri at the end of this month. At the rate I'm going I'll hit the 7500 m or be pretty close by the time they pack it up. Should I get the service done before or after they unpack it on the other side? It will be crated up for approx 2 months before I see it again.

I'd service it in Missouri when they unpack it. Best to have fresh fluids when your going to ride it.

If you are leaving the bike packed for two months (Hopefully all fluids drained) ... then I assume it should proper to get it serviced once you get it unpacked again

Just put in a little fuel stabilizer and service it at 7500

Where are you going in MO? I'd wait until arriving there and unpacking it to get the service done.
