Yep.. Charles has been over-and-beyond for me too...bought sprockets, chains, and speedohealer from him=== had an issue with a chain i bought and installed and charles made it right IMMEDIATELY with me=== he took care of me and i appreciate good customer service. It's getting harder to find now-a-days and even harder dealing with online vendors.
