Stroker Build Tips

What's going on guys! I'm a new member and figured this would be the best place for any extra insight or tips on a stroker build. Customer wants a stroker and isn't quite sure on the most reliable setup and we're doing some research.

I am a technician in central Florida and took in my personal friend's 2008 Suzuki B-King (Gen2 Busa engine). When the bike came to me, his original complaint was he was losing power on the dyno after another shop built his head. Upon inspection i found multiple issues such as leaking valves, scarred guides, a poorly shaved transmission, damaged billet shift forks, etc. He finally agreed to let me inspect the bottom end and the problems didn't stop there. After discussion he decided that he wants to stroke it at this point since we're already torn down to the bad crank bearings.

Basically this post is to help get some insight on verified components such as which rods or stroke would be ideal for this build. It will be a drag and street bike, more towards roll racing.

Thank you all!!!

Hi. I am building a Gen 1 with a 2mm stroke but keeping the 20mm piston pins as it has a Garrett G42-1200c turbo with NOS. Marine crank billet custom Carrillo rods for 1000HP and 13500 RPM with over run to 14200 RPM also custom JE 10 to 1 pistons moved the rings down .20 custom ground Webb cams. I would look into Carpenter 1507cc or 1600cc.
