I have the silver/black. I'm 58 ( you got me beat, Sherm).
I started w/a 62 Honda Hawk-250cc. My next was a Suzuki 550, then an 83 Suzuki 1100E and finially, the busa so each bike has been a quantum leap for me. Had a great ride w/Falconer; to Tomales Bay, Stinson Beach, and upand down Mt. Tam. Twisties all the way

Black/Silver,
I'm 33 and been riding 14 years. I'm trained to teach Advanced Riding. Last bike was an R1, VTR1000 FireStorm and CBR900RR FireBlade preceded them.
For the record, Motor Cycle News in the UK reports that the copper Hayabusa won't be on sale in the UK next year. I'm not sure whether that applies worldwide

I'm 27 and have the blk/gry. Having it painted this winter to blk./yel. I love the stock color but think the change will be cool!

Maybe BigDog will get the member's section going, and we'll get more statistics.

New Hayabusa owner, only 500m so far. I am 35 and have been riding for 15 years. Also have a 99 R1 which makes for an interesting comparison. I totally disagree with Sherm's opinions.

Mine is the Copper/Silver. 2000 miles so far with no problems. Sold my '97 XX to make room. Age 61 and have been riding since I was 13. I've had too many bikes to remember.
