ugh, help.

the dealers up here want retail plus a mark up plus freight for a #99950-14718 jacket in XL. does anyone know of a dealer in the lower 49 states that might be interested in just charging me retail ?

the factory site says the jacket is $189.95, but less would be better, especially if i could also get a descent price on oil filters from the same place.

i've been wearing my old aphid green ninja jacket all summer and it is a real clash with the black and purple on my 'busa.

My dealer wanted $249 for a Suzuki jacket. I got mine for $109 from Oneida (with a gixxer.com extra 10% off), but I think their price was $125.

Onieda had the right price until it came to freight, they only ship fedex or ups, i forget which, but the jacket was going to be a few cents under $160.00 and then the freight was going to over $97.00 for the cheapest, slowest method,..............for a coat with a 189.95 list.

if they would have been willing to use the u.s. mail the freight probably would have been $10.00-15.00.

when you live and ride in alaska you kind of get used to this kind of hassle.

oh well, got my local dealer down to $175.00. close enough.
