Swingarm extension how does this fit?

I would look into a quick acces cover. Taking that cover on and off repeatedly with the small volts and aluminum is asking for a broken bolt or stripped hole. There's no reason to change clutch springs. Put the heavy ones in and never look back

I've seen lsr bike use a clip type link. I wouldn't keep using one over and over though. It seems you have the time that's cool. I work enough to not want to deal with switching setups around all the time. Why not get an adjustable arm? That would eliminate the need to swap the extensions in and out all the time.

I will definitely get a dedicated drag bike
1) If im any good at it
2) I like it

so the idea is have a little go before laying out the money for a second bike, I spoke to a friend who has been racing bikes for years and he advised me to start in 9.50 bike and he said the key to consistancy is the clutch and get a hayes clutch and swap the springs out so it goes between slipping at the track to locked for the road.

Im thinking that as i need to swap out wheels anyway bolting the extensions in is the last of my problems.

I just put extensions on my 06.. went to 8" stretch.. the extensions are notched to fit in stock swing arm with mounting plates behind as in the pictures. I set the wheel where i wanted it and then set the chain to this point and installed rivet style master link. adjusted chain as needed. only thing i ran into which needed modding is the brake bar that came with it. I opted to try and use stock one mounted to spool mounts which would work with a little tweaking of the stock brake bar.. but i took the one it came with, cut it shorter and bent it offset to attach to the spools mount. little bit of dressing up and it will be cool. next up is lowering it some with adjustable links. i wouldnt mess with the back n forth i read about. it is fine in the streets.. corners a little differently but then again i dont go balls out in corners. ride within your limits.. no need to try and impress anyone..
