...need to scam police around here to convince him this is too good to be true...

The bike is still for sale. Never had any mechanical problems. I must
tell you that I had to move to UK one month ago with my work and I
took the bike with me hoping to drive it here as well. I work in Public
relations department at a hotel here and because of this job I change my
home quite often. Here I had an unpleasant surprise because the bike is
an US model and to pay the registration here in Europe, to pass
all the emissions and standards and many other would be quite expensive and nobody would do it. I have tried to sell it locally but it was not
successfully. That is why I am trying to sell the bike back in USA,
there will be no further problems because the bike passes US
emissions standards and DOT & EPA as long as it has been purchased in US space.
The shipping and handling are included in the price.
If interested please reply asap. Shipping takes 7-8 days.

tracking # of the shipment and after i will send you tracking number you

1. you send me your full address and your name where you want the
motorcycle to be delivered .

3. After i ship i will send you tracking number for your bike.
4.You will check the tracking number at company website.
5. If is ok you have to pay me via western union on my address 50 % of
the total amount
6. After you will make the payment at western union on my name and
address you will have to e-mail the details to me.
7.You will receive the bike with all papers.
I must tell you that when i will make the delivery, i will pay for the
insurance and customs taxes so there won`t be any tax or fee that you
will have to pay when you will receive the motorcycle .Also the shipping
company offers 7 days return policy time while you can check out and
return the motorcycle if you don`t agree with its condition.The return
is free of charge if you do it in 7 days.Once you will return the
motorcycle , you will have your money back , due to their return policy
that i will sign when i will make the delivery .

Guess I've fallen short on exactly how these scams work anymore...I know they ALWAYS seem to be in the UK...
I told him Saturday that it was a scam, but I don't think he believes me...hoping someone will say "hey, that's my bike and it's not for sale" so he'll see how this works
Ha ha ha.. Person who will buy it deserved to be scammed out of $3900.
Request a new picture with a current UK paper on the Tank.
How about a Copy of the US registration with the matching vin.
Do a fre Car Fax on the VIN
Look like a Texas sticker, but I'm not certain.
Regardless, your uncle might as well buy $3900 in PowerBall tickets. He has a better chance for return on his dollar.

I guess I'd never seen someone talk about the emissions being an issue in the UK; it's always some family tragedy while someone lives in the UK...
