Cooked my 13 lb. turkey on a rotisserie spit over the grill...first time. Came out amazing...cooked evenly all the way around...no soggy bottom from the juices and it self bastes (use a drip pan w/ one beer in it).
Worked so well I used the same method to cook a 6 lb. pork loin the next day with apple smoking chips and injected marinade. Should have taken pics.
