Thanks! I used Rustoleum's Professional Epoxyshield. It was about $100 for the kit, and unfortunately I could have only used 1/2 the kit but I poured the entire thing into a 5-gallon pail. One kit is for 300 sq. ft.

And yes, you are supposed to clean the floor up really well, sand it if you can, and use the etching stuff which I did. I didn't go out and rent a floor-sander but I did it lightly by hand.

Only issue is the entire house STUNK from paint fumes and with a pregnant wife, she was a little ticked off. I don't blame her... so just remember this stuff has a strong smell!
