Seeing that video really pisses me off. I have never rode the dragon, but by the looks of it, semis have NO business being there.

Ok, if a car or bike crosses the double yellow, they will get a ticket, because it violates the law, so, why are vehicles that the state knows can't go through without violating the law allowed to travel over the road. Makes no since to me, its all political and revolves around money, just like everything else, its just not right.

The state should stop every vehicle that can't go through without crossing the yellow and give them a ticket at the start of the curves, because they already know that they will cross over the yellow. They sure watch bikes, what's the difference, except they know the long vehicles will violate the law, not all bikes will. Anyway, I am finished ranting.

Tim, I'm certainly not finished... Next time I'm up there, I'm going to stop and chat with the troopers about this. I want to understand why the trucks are accepted as regular traffic when they put every other person on the road in grave danger. Whether through an all-out legal ban or negative reinforcement through traffic citations, the companies and drivers need to be compelled to stay off of that section of 129. At the very least, professional escorts need to be required for trailers over a certain length.
There should and may be shortly be a group of individuals that get semi's banned from our dragon. I have started many things so far in my vast 28 years and I'm not afraid to start another. This is crap and it isn't just motorcyclists in danger. It is EVERYONE on that road and something has to be done. This is just some more needless bloodshed for our country.
