I was just posting on another thread about being 61 years old then I started thinking (maybe age makes one mushy?) I have had the honor of riding on the track and/or street with the following org members....
Kento Moto, Ozz, Bosshound, VMaxtoBusa, Pashnit, Grey Rocket, GTRPimp76, BABusa, Mistah187, Big O and Pacemaster. Forgive me if I forgot to include you.
Although I have some great rides planned beforehand, I am SO LOOKING FORWARD to the STAMPEDE in July! It will be so great to get to ride with Scar and his SoCal guys, and as I gaze at the STAMPEDE sign up map, I can't imagine the pleasure of shaking hands with you fellow countrymen/women from the North,East and South of our beloved Country!

At 61 I hope I still have that kind of spirit! I hope I make it to 61. Heck, I'm surprised I made it past 30. :laugh:

Doyle, you and I are in that same age group and I'll share a little secret my dad told me when I was a young man about getting old, and he said:

"Son, you'll know you are getting old when some sweet little honey asks you if you want some, you whip it out and it looks like it just had some, you'll know you are getting old"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the old man was onto something? :thumbsup:

I'm giving thought to attending the Stampede? Maybe we will get to shake hands? :cheerleader:
 
You should see about making it to Bash too... 150+ members all standing around the fire pits yukking it up? oh brother... 3 days aint enough...

and to think, "Met them all on the net" :)

Maybe Kent, I'll give Laguna more thought.(I've done it like for 30 some years) but this year, we're renting a beach house for a wk, I'm going on a 10 day motorcycle "sojourn" in mid June to SoCal...then there's track days, weekend rides, yada, yada. I'll let U know. Doyle

Nothing like looking ahead of you and seeing busas as far ahead of you as you can see!:thumbsup:

I keep thinking about how great it would be to see a long line of busas hauling arse around a track. then talking about over beers that night before doing it all again the next day.
