Well we put in 604 miles today... We left Carson City about 7am this morning and went across US Hwy 50 also known as The Loneliest Road in America.... Its pretty remote and we would go for an hour or so without seeing another car. The roads are perfect so we got lots of smooth riding. We would ride from mountain range to mountain range, you would ride in the valleys that are perfectly flat then you would climb and curve back and forth going up the mountain and back down the other side only to see another mountain range on the horizon....
We thought we had a great road with lots of curves coming but after about 5 miles down this road it turned into gravel without any notice... Glad we had those braided lines and new pads...
We were running down hwy 50 and we looked over at a rest stop and we had to do a double take. We turned around and went back and saw hundreds of pairs of shoes hanging in this tree, not sure why but we snapped a shot anyway....
