Pager systems are pretty good,,just hope when you do go out and confront the posse that is taking your Bike,,they don't take your nice new leathers also or kill you,,or beat your a** to a pulp.

I could hold them at Gun point if I ever confront a situation like that..Either they comply with my Command to get on the ground,,or just run/drive away. either way I got a good look at their Car/faces/whatever,,Either way don't risk your hide,,just be a good witness so these Scum-bags can get caught.

I just stumbled across this alarm with pager in Motorcycle Online. It's not cheap $380 but the pager feature might do nicely.
