If the guy wanted to fight the ticket he could have said the cop pulled over the wrong guy...the officer said he seen a silver bike speeding this guy has a red and black bike I have done that and won another thing is if your riding right next to another bike the cop has to have the specific speed of each bike to be sure you were the one speeding ask the cop if you were riding within five feet of another bike when he clocked you then ask him the speed of both bikes I hope this helps
