The barrel flash didn't look right, so I played it frame by frame. Right after the first visible flash, neither gun is pointed at the pedestrian, and no shells were ejected, and the target is still standing on same spot.
The second flash I can see a possible shell casing being ejected from the rear passengers gun. But again, neither gun is pointing at the pedestrian, but he's now falling down.
Third shot the target is hidden by the b-pillar of the car.
Forth shot the target is still hidden by the b-pillar, but 5 frames later he is almost to the ground. The rear shooter is out of ammo after 3 rounds.
Front passenger gets out and runs over to target. Shoots 5th, 6th, and 7th shot. Flash appears to be behind the target, indicating that the gun is pointed past the target, creating a shadow instead of illuminating the target.
8th shot. There is a spark like light, about a foot to the right of the target, at the base of the wall, indicating another miss.
Not that I noticed much of the details, but it looks like it's staged.
Probably just a gang initiation video that someone created so that would look tough, without getting blood on their hands.
