Why on earth would camera guy come to a dead stop in the lane on the hgwy?
Seeing the accident made him totally lose awareness of where he was. So lucky he himself didn't get flattened from behind.

I can't tell what made them crash? I can see the foam paneling blowing around but am not sure if that was the cause?
