Tig Welder thoughts

From what I have learned when researching welders, most of the off brand welders are made by either Miller or Lincoln. For the most part all of them are decent.

Nice little unit, and pretty well priced.
We pay a lot more for that type of equipment here in little ol' NZ.
Are going to have it at home, or at your workplace?

Getting close to getting work to get me a do all welder
Mostly for sheet metal on the CNC machines
some Light fab
and Welding Aluminum
That’s not an AC welder, it won’t tig aluminum.

Have you looked in to Everlast welders?

I will now
This is what I use.

That machine has single handedly converted very many die hard red and blue machine guys because of its features, duty cycle, performance and value. I run that machine hard. While it’ not intended for production work, it’s never skipped a beat. Hell, an inverter type 60 amp stand alone plasma cutter is only a few hundred dollars less then this machine.

I also have the tig torch cooler, and a 60amp mig from them as well. The board burnt up on my mig. Their customer service had a replacement in my hand 2 days later free of charge.

lastly, don’t pay much attention to the prices on the website. Once you find one you like, pull it up on amazon and it’s usually $2-400 cheaper and free shipping.
