Time away from riding

Looks like new tires, shaft drive, and storage - what's not to like?

If you bought that used it looks like very low miles because it's in great condition.

another kawasuki convert...WTF is going on here!

Congrats, Bob! Good to see ya back riding! Hope to see ya soon!

i hear ya! i keep trying to convince myself i will ride sport bikes forever but reality is a beotch sometimes...

It's great to see that another former rider has returned to the 2 wheel family. Take it slow with your return and enjoy. That bike has "gets miles" written all over it, so once you are fully recovered you need to give it some miles.

Brand new , Leftover for $10,000 out the door

Wow, that's cheap for a new Concours!
I sat on one at the dealer last year. I was afraid if I rode it I'de like it!
Very comfortable, and I really like Kawasakis too.
I was curious how the linked brakes would be, not a fan of the idea.
Congrats!

I thought the B-King was the answer, Busa power, super comfortable...but Busa heavy.
I'm tired of heavy bikes.
Then I got on my friend's 09 gsxr1000 after he put dirtbike bars on it, incredible! And I love the 09-11 stock!
That's the next bike I'm getting, maybe an 05/06 or even an 01/02 if the price is right. Whichever year 1000, it's getting dirtbike bars!
So much better than my Busa with dirtbike basrs too. Comfort, power, lightweight, and less distance from the seat to the bars, as well as more leg room, awesome setup!
The Concours feels great to sit on though(haven't rode it)doesn't feel that heavy either.
