Time for members to check in.... One two three, go!

alive and living in san Diego still...Lamb will ride, as per custom, on the 1st of the year weekend. Wouldnt wanna start the new year out on a wrong foot

I am still around however I don't have a lot of nice things to say lately as life has thrown some pretty nasty curve balls my way.

here randomly and very little. I guess with 10,000 posts I am an "old timer"? :)

I'm still here.. Public Education is kicking my butt this year. Not a lot of time to ride. Seems I move my bikes more than I ride them these days.. but that will soon change!!

Been recovering from a broken wrist that happened on 9/12/11 at the track. It was set that day. 7weeks later, I had to have surgery because it didnt set right. They had to re break it and plate it back together. That same week my grandmother past away and headed out to Illinois for a week to help with the farm. Since the wrist has been broken, other things started go south. Had to work on both my truck and car. Heater core blew up on my feet in my car. Had to remove and replace the dash with a one arm, since the left wrist was broken. Then the shocks blew out on the truck the day after my surgery. Again replaced them with one arm. Repaired the Gsxr after my 130mph tank slapper into the grass. Justin from Honda East took care of me! I am now engaged to Karen too! That happened 12/13/11. So thats whats up with me. Healing and fixing things!

Im doing OK. Only rode about 8 times last year. That deer wreck kinda knocked the fun out of riding for now. Im still unemployed seeking employment 8 months so far longest ever. Hoping the new year will have a bridge to better days. Had agreat Christmas Wife is fine and kids are doing OK.

I'm here Cap'n. Mostly a lurker these days, as the Busa is long gone. Loving my Harley, but missing the adrenaline.

Wife and kids are grand!

Life is good ...

Happy New Year to all!

Mofugga checking in :) 2011 actually been a good year for me! Hey I saw my Noles beat the Irish last night. I may get a busa in 2012. I miss the 05 often but man there are alot of idiots on the roads.....will see maybe. Have a Happy New Year!

Haven't read through the entire thread, but BigBS is checkin' in. Back in the States and trying to catch up. Wasn't able to post much while I was gone because of the schedule, but did scan the threads. Rode on New Years for the first time in forever, so hopefully it will make for a great year. Hoping to make the Spring Bash this year.

2011 was a great year for me had best riding season yet putting total 7500 miles. Rode this summer from Fort Saskatchewan, AB to Reno, NV approx 4200 miles in 12 days riding for Busa Stampede and met a lot of great people. Was a awesome trip and look forward to doing same run again hopefully in 2013. Now onto this year, was accepted into technical school at NAIT in Edmonton so on Aug 28 will be returning to school for 8 months for full-time studies persuing a 4th Class Power Engineering Degree. Right now working as a Shuttle Bus Driver, was a very tough decision for me to give up steady employment but at this point I am willing to make the short term sacrifices to return to school. To be able to achieve my long term goals of having a good career not just a job. It has been 18 years since I graduated High School.
