is there any helpfull hints or clues to taken motor out or special tools, thanks for all the help.

You'll need a set of sockets to pull the spanners and lock rings, or a set to cut up to make the tool for it. Otherwise, be organized, mark or bag stuff as it come out and off. I like the Plano tackleboxes with removeable dividers for hardware and small parts.

Might try also using sealable sandwich bags ( Zip lock ) that you can write on to remind you what bolts go where.
