well the great white north lived up to its name yesterday,we got 5cm of snow.the forcast from now on is sunny but cold.think its time to park the busa and 14, hate driving close to the freezing mark.got in 23000km,14000miles for the season.not bad considering how much rain we had this year.

82F is the high for Vegas today, and I will take the turbo bike out for a ride tonight. At least you always have lots of mod time for your bikes.

I hate the Summer here in North East Florida, so damn hot and humid I hate riding! However Fall through spring is Grrrrrreat! There may be a few weeks that suck but overall, throw on some clothes and it's perfect!

Arizona is sounding pretty appealing right about now:thumbsup:

Thought we were done last week, even cleared out the family room to put the bike inside, was so warm prior to the storm that the citys didnt lay down the mag chloride(mag chloride is some super slick stuff, once its sprayed down i park the bike)
Snow was gone in 2 days and i rode today to work, 38* made the ride in cold but the 65* on the ride home should be alright :please:

I ride year round, but live in a slightly better climate. As long as the roads are good I'm out there.

Mine has been parked for a month  it needs ridden badly.

Funny how this is the time to park the bike for some, and for others is just the begining.
Looks like tomorrow will be a good day to go for a spin for me, but will be parked soon:banghead:

Rode 36 interstate miles at 85-95mph this morning to work with the temp at 33 degrees. No I dont have some high dollar snow suit just cargo work pants, leather jacket and gloves.
When I used to live in NJ I rode my GSXR750 in snow one day to get to work.
Stay tucked in and you dont feel the cold air.

Took a half day off and rode 170 miles today. Was 72 when I got back home, but supposed to rain tomorrow and a chance of snow tomorrow night. Be hit and miss here for a while, then winter will eventually put a stop to the party.
Ah well, got the dirt bike. 40's is great offroad weather.

This was last week

Rode last night to the store in my vest and short sleeves and pluggin the battery tender back in here shortly, calling for 6-8" by morning :banghead:

Best riding time is just starting in FL. Finally will not sweat to death and have my feet burning up touching the pavement.
Big :-) for all the Florida riders!!

I go year round. Usual after a snow or when the cover the roads with whatever mixture they think will work ill wait for a a good rain to help clear the roads its never to cold! Tank top shorts and clogs in the winter just too cold for flip flops
