I'm 39. Paid my house off last month, 22 years early. Not a good financial choice during a good economy but right now it's an excellent way to go.

Paid cash for the Busa, collector bikes, Corvette ect. I don't owe a dime for anything I own. I prefer banks, corporations and individuals owing me.

own my current residing house, 1/2 to go on my other one (renting it out), own all bikes...got 1 payment on the truck left so I know it will break on the day of the last payment...a couple more trips to the middle east and a few more shootouts and I should be good on everything
