Title question

Got a weird question I bought a frame for a bike that we are building into a custom and it comes with a California salvage certificate ... I live in south Carolina what kind of problems may I have trying to register bike here ? Thanks in advance

This is interesting:

"2) Owners of vehicles with out-of-state titles must have the vehicle rebuilt in the state in which the title was issued and must be issued a salvage-rebuilt title in their titling state before the Department will issue a South Carolina Salvage – Rebuilt title."

Doesn't sound good.

im getn my rebuilt title also but im in ohio . they want notarized reciepts with vin # of bike it came off of . i bought forks and tripple trees on ebay and i dont have a reciept notarized from seller and i cant get a hold of him . how would they know if it wasnt my original forks and trees ? there are no numbers besides the bottom tree has something ? dont know what to do . they keep them if they know i dont have a reciept notarized ////?
