TL pegs installed.

(GMbusa @ May 02 2007,14:53) Why not just buy a set of aftermarket round pegs?  They're only about $30-35 bucks and offer the same leg room or better.

The TL pegs match the pillion pegs nicely. The round aftermarkets (I have a set sitting on a shelf) just don't fit in appearance wise IMO.

(bacharles @ May 21 2007,08:37) Not trying to throw salt here, but the Buell pegs are a little better.  The Buell pegs actually lower your foot position which is awesome for the tall guys... of whom which I am 6'5", and the difference is super.  Guaranteed to add more comfort over anything else out there besides maybe a set of adjustable rearsets.  And the pegs are only about $35, and can be ordered through your local Harley shop.  Just my .02, but it can sometime be worth a million bucks...
I have a pair of these on the shelf too. Once again, I don't think they look like they belong on the Busa. Also, I wasn't comfortable with the amout of material I had to remove from the pegs to get them to fit. The TL pegs install without modification.

) are there any vibration in the feet with these pegs.(since they are much lighter)?
That's what concerns me for LD riding.  Let us know how the absence of that huge anti vibration weight underneath the stock pegs works out.  Come to think of it, couldn't another weight be attached underneath the new pegs?
I did 800+ miles last Saturday with the TL pegs. No worse than doing it with the stock pegs.

I have the TL1000 pegs too and have been riding with them for over a year. They are great and match the rear pegs perfect. I have a set of the buell lower pegs but could not get the rear brake adjusted low enough to use them. Still thinking about a mod to the brake and try them again.

Paul, I went with the pro tech pegs on my 1st Busa and decided I wanted to stay with the OEM look on this Busa in order to get the feelers and have more of a stock looking appearance..

The TL pegs look good!

For those curious about the Buells, here they are. I do not notice vibration at all, and they dig into the bottom of boots for twisties and do NOT allow them to slip at all.

The Buells I've seen are lower than that about a 1 inch drop lower..

I have a tl and threw the stock pegs away. I would have given them to someone. I am not a fan of their appearance. don't like the big bulky rubber.

(vman1300 @ May 02 2007,17:56) I can sell the TL pegs and collars for $52.00 shipped in the US.
I just installed mine that I got from Vman this morning. Going to ride tomorrow (if my back is ok) and can't wait to try 'em out! Thanks again Kevin!!!

Put on a set of GP Pegs, $49.00, last week and didn't notice any more vibration at all...wearing Sidi B-2 boots. took about 5minutes to install...no spacers needed.

what spacers and feelers do you need for the TL pegs? I'm bout 6'1 and would really like to do this as i just seem to have long legs but dunno what the spacers/feelers are for?

The "ride report" is IN !!! People, people!!! GET thest things! I cannot believe the difference they made for my legs. Just a little extra room is all it takes, they look good, no vibration (don't know why Suk put all that weight and rubber on the OEM) at all. Besides the throttlemister for my hands and wrists, this is one of the best mods I've done because now I enjoy the longer rides!

Thank you VMAN!
