Does anyone know if the top plate would fit a Gen 2 without issues?.

Do you mean the triple tree?

I know Aftermarket ones are interchangeable. I do not know about the stock ones though

im not positive if the bolt holes are in the same place. I would imagine the entire thing could be swapped out at as a unit but I would imagine the individual pieces wouldn't mix and match well. I have the top plate and clip ons I can send you if you want to source the isolators and bolts and try it though.
