What is this world coming to?

First it's earth quakes in Ga(last year) and now Tornados in CA.

Its official, tornado touched down in LA.  Very weak and small, but hey a tornado is a tornado.  According to Ch 7 news(abc).

Is it the first ever recorded? if so, what is going to happen now. Weather is so messed up these days.

No, it happens very rarley though.
Waterspouts are fairly common during cut-off lows, but it is very rare for one to continue on land.

woo-hoo, now you are talking my language!!! We're coming up on twister season in about 30 days down here. Always a fun time of year. I just love hearing those sirens going off at 2:30 am...tornado alley! My dog is better then the sirens, when he starts doing his twister dance, ya better head for cover....INCOMING!! Note to self...start building the steel reinforced busa cover....
