track day wreck

Glad you walked away, take care and get back out there soon.

Glad you are not seriously injured. Glad you had on leathers. Glad you didn't have to worry about sand, deer, squirrels, curbs, oncoming traffic, trees, light poles, mail boxes, mountainous dropoffs, guardrails, bad bikers, gravel, trucks, etc etc etc ! On the street you would be in traction! Dust off, heal up, get out and enjoy!!

I understand and respect your obsession, Oracle!! Rock on!

So sorry to see this Rip...glad you're okay, 'cept for the ego perhaps...

Heal quickly! I know you can't wait to get that bike fixed and hit the track again...thanks for checking in because we were all kind of wondering where you'd disappeared to...

Hey Vaughn,Sorry to hear about your get off thats unfortunate. The good thing ig that you got minimum damage to your body.I know how the pride damage feels but time will take care of that.I hope you still are enthusiastic about the track time that you love.Anyway feel better.

Vaughn,
Sorry to hear of your misfortune. But I'm glad that you're O.K. Really sucks anytime you and/or the bike goes down. Just be thankful that you're able to tell us about it. Wishing you a speedy recovery... Brian

Thanks for all of the kind words guys and gals! I am recovering fine and quickly. Because of hemophilia I had to get some cryoprecipitate (Factor VIII) to stop some of the internal bleeding in my hand and elbow.

Anyway, I will post pictures soon!

Thanks again for the support,
Rip

BTW - these were taken yesterday evening, nearly a week after the wreck, so you can imagine what swelling you missed out on!
