A real good friend of mine started this company last year. He owns ncsportbikes.com and this is an offshoot of him wanting to get everyone in leathers. He has several racers from across the country wearing them. Custom and off the rack. These are super nice and great quality for a reasonable price.
Best of luck with it. I've heard someone say you can wear one in the shower and let it dry on you to get a good fit, but I never knew if they were joking or not. Maybe some of the pros will chime in on that one.
+1
Get it all soaking wet, and completely through. Shower, hose, or just go for a ride in the rain...really.
It doesn't stretch the leather, but it takes the stiffness away. It'll soften up and better fit your personal shape.
After it dries, use some sort of leather conditioner on it, like Saddlesoap.
I didn't belive it until I tried it either, but it really works.
A jacket with a back protector included and speed hump is best. The speed hump is a little extra cushion from a fall, even if you don't ride at speeds to need it.
