Oh yeah, I'll do some like this(sorry for the shameless pic ho'n, but you need to visualize it). I can use clear packing tape around his waist to the inner winsheild. It'll look like he's standing on the tank and you'll see him from the waiste up over the winsheild. The wind should blow his arms up too.
I'll put him on the tank for some skitching(maybe even a good stoppie).
I'll let him ride with some of my friends too.
