Tsukigi Installtion HELP!!!

I am in the process of trying to install a full Tsukigi Spec II oval system and I am stuck at the collector pipe (1 with the grommet and bolt)...as I do not see how it connects to the bike. I have the headers installed (loosely) with the 2 collector pipes from 4-2 and then the pipe that takes it from 2-1 with the hanger bracket is just giving me troubles. I have a 05 busa and if there are any walk throughs or if anyone has a picture that would be much appreciated. I am starting to get nervous as I have not even begun the process of tweaking with clearances yet.

HELP please.
 
I can not say for your pipe but the TiForce uses no supports for anything but the "can" , all the rest hangs off the header pipes..

Do you have a picture of the grommet and bolt and the pipe where you think it goes?

Seems like I need the hanger to be in a vertical orientation and it is horizontal instead.

Thoughts?
 
I know we are tying to fit the 2008 system on a Gen I. I think we can make it work..call me in the morning.

next time you might mention that you are trying to install a Gen2 system on a Gen1 bike if thats the case..

I am sorry for not mentioning at the beginning of the thread that I was trying to fit an 08 exhaust on an 05 bike. Really just trying to figure out what is different with the 2 systems. So far the headers have fit correctly as well as the 4-2 pipes and was looking for further help as the install instructions are not the best. However, your pictures were very helpful in proving to me that there is something not matching up. I know it is a pain in the arse to take the fairings off and do appreciate the help.

This is all new to me and I can't say enough about the people on this board and it goes to show you that within 45 mins of me posting a question you went out of your way to help me out...thank you.

As for the rest of the readers yes we are trying to put a GEN 2 exhaust on an GEN 1 bike as overall system preforms a little better than the GEN 1 system, but seems as though we have to do some modding because it is not a direct bolt on.

I knew that the bracket on yours was different from mine. It didnt look right. If you indeed get the system from GPW, then I think you should see if you can get yer bike to Hyperbike to have him help you do this. Not sure where you are located. I just dont think you will find anyone on this site that has fit an 08 exhaust on a GenI. I could be wrong though.

Hey if you would, please let us know how you ended up doing it. If the gen 2 is better than I will also go with it and will need tips.
