Tuning out a hesitation / stutter?

I've got the PC2 installed, and loaded up there new map (stock bike map, but not 0 map). My bike is stock with a high flow filter. Between 3300 and 3800 RPM's, it has a nasty stutter. I'm familiar with flat spots on carb bikes, but I'm not sure how to go about tuning something like this out. Thoughts?

Is the TPS calibrated properly? How about throttle body balance ?? Plug gap?

Start there before adding anything using the PCII.

Plug gap I can do, but tps and throttle body balance are beyone me. Don't suppose there is a FAQ kicking around somewhere? TB Balance anything like carb synching?

It is all in the service manual, not much differant than syncing a set of carbs.

If you are totally lost Suzuki has a video on this entire EFI procedure (tlr in video).

you need a special torx wrench for the tps an d a mode switch. If you have carb sticks you have for the carbs they will work for the injection as well.

sync will effect idle and lower rpm more. the studder at your point is most likely a lean spot.

Is the dealer supposed to sync/adjust the TPS etc once assembled from the crate prior to the delivery?? ... or has Suzuki done it already...

How much (cdn$) is the service manual? Does it take long to get in?

THE TPS USES A SPECIAL TORX AND DON'T MONKEY WITH IT YET UNTIL YOU CHECK IT WITH THE SWITCH TOOL THEY ARE PRESET AT FACTORY.DON'T CONFUSE THIS AND SYNCRONIZING THE THROTTLE BODIES.I ONLY MESSED WITH MY STOCK SETTINGS BECAUSE IN APRIL THERE WAS'NT ANY WAY THAT I KNEW TO RICHEN THE MIXTURE WHEN I DID SOME MODSTHEN FIGURED OUT THAT THE SRADS WERE VERY SIMILAR AND THE YOSH BOX WOULD WORK.RIDE YOUR BIKE IN THE PROBLEMED AREA FOR ASLONG AS IT TAKES TO GET A PLUG READING AND DONT LET IT IDLE BEFORE YOU SHUT IT OFF AND SEE IF YOU'RE FAT OR LEAN.

Do a search on TPS for instructions on how to set the TPS. Definitely do that before richening things with the PC2. Throttle Balance requires a $100 tool so have your wrench do that. Once done if you still have the stutter then go to it with the PC2.

THE TPS SETTING TOOL IS 10$ AND IS A SWITCH AND USUS A 3 BAR GRAPH ON DASH IN WHICH YOU SET IT TO YOU CAN ALSO USE AN OHM METER.I DON"T THINK THE TPS IS THE CULPRIT HERE THOUGH.
