........... Thanks to the current political situation and the war on coal prices are through the roof. Can barely make ends meet now so this upgrade better help a lot. Have not used the heat part yet. prob not for a few more days at least before i have to start using it a little

how much are you paying for a ton of coal?
here it's running $100-$150 a ton.

If you don't own a snowblower then you don't have/get winter or don't know what a real winter looks like.

Don't need one these days, but I'm originally from the DC Metro area. I've shoveled my car out when you couldn't tell it was a car and there were no passable roads to drive on.

And I didn't need some NAMBY-PAMBY "snow blower" to do it!

I miss the snow...but I don't miss the shovel!

Ol' Rubb u devil. The house has been sitting at 69 for about 5 days. Just got my electric bill $72. About a $60 difference from the previous three months.

29 degrees this morning - Maybe Monday I can turn the furnace off for a few hours as it's forecast to hit 70
and I don't plan to be home while it's 70 out.
