New Chain and Sprockets needed. Take to a shop or try it myself? | Maintenance and Do-It-Yourself

Ok so I need a new chain and sprockets. What kind should I get for street riding? What kind of tools do I need? Is it worth the pain to do it myself? I will have to buy the tools and the rear tire stand. I already have a service manual.

That's it up there. ^^^ Amazing ain't it? I have new spockets and a chain, just gotta get the time to install them and this time, I'll make sure the sprocket carrier is pressed all the way in.

Changing sprocket size | Maintenance and Do-It-Yourself

Want to go to a 16/42 front/rear sprocket for my Busa. The stock chain has less than 3k and would like to know if I can still use it?
