It just goes to show you don't have to go hanging off, crawling all over your bike, like an octopus boinking a cactus to be in complete control of your motorcycle in a corner.
I'm stationed in Japan, so he's probably a Shirobai (Japanese Motorcycle Police). They hold exhibitons like that all time, and offer training courses. I've been fortunate to take a couple courses in Yokohama/Tokyo area, but that is at a much slower pace. It's really cool to see in-person, especially the females. They all ride VFR800's.
