Here in VA, you take that MSF card to the local DMV and get your M endorsement...hope it works that way in MA if you don't have the endorsement yet

Now you're qualified to ride around in 2nd gear in a parking lot. (And not on a Busa, either!)

Have fun, but be safe out there. Take all those MSF lessons and make them second nature so that you no longer have to think about them.
