UPDATE: Remember the Beltway crash in MD?

Anyone remember the cop chasing a bike on the beltway last year? Killed two, imjured 15 and caused a 7 car pile up.

Well a judge decided to dismiss the charges on his own against the cop and cannot be retried. The cop was going 120+ mph, had no lights on,no sirens,didn't call in the chase,turned off the camera...hmmmmmmmmm. Only reason there is video is because the video came back on. He's going to lose his azz in the unavoidable civil suit. Judge likely knows this and the reason for his decision.

You know for the cop saying the biker moved in front of him causing him to wreck.... I never saw the bike... and it looked like he lost control. Of course I am half blind and can't read properly so I could be wrong.

Looked like he hit a tire tread and lost it. I didnt see a motorcycle. Bad judgement.

Cop that shouldn't be a cop. That's a perfect way to say it. Guy should be banned from law enforcement for life. Just b/c he's a cop doesn't mean he can't be a total idiot. That people try and protect these cops from any sort of accountability for their actions is beyond reproach.

Unfortunately, that doesn't change that 2 people are dead b/c of this guy.

He never called in the pursuit, because it never would have been approved probably.

Two wrongs never make a right. ???

Plus he sucks at driving a car fast too.
