If you want to try something worthwhile, do this: preload your cam chain tensioner. Turn the motor around to top dead center . . . take the 12mm bolt out of the cam chain tensioner, be careful there is a spring and a small pin inside the spring, just pull it out carefully and don't drop it. Take a thin screwdriver, or something similar and put it in the hole that the bolt came out of until it stops; press GENTLY until you hear the tensioner "click" ONCE. Then put that 12mm bolt back in with the spring, the same way it came out. Start the bike and see if it is a little quieter. Report back!
