Vasectomy

I was 40 when my daughter was born - intentionally, and the best thing that ever happened to me.

I'm the only stallion remaining in my family, both my brother and dad did it.

hmmm. kinda sore spot for me. I had one after my second child. decided that at 19...I was done!! so of course, it just didnt work out. ended up divorced and several years later met my current wife. a few months into our relationship she said "I think I'm pregnant?!" so my first thought was "you cheating *****" but I didnt say that, kept my cool. Ive heard stories of the little swimmers cruising through the right channels. And she didnt know I was fixed, so I made an appointment with a doctor for a test and found out i was shooting around 40%....just enough to be a dad again. since then, I am shooting strong again and now have 4 kids......Just glad I didnt knock up any of the ones between my ex wife and my current wife.....

as far as pain, cant say that I recall any. was off work that day, but mostly because I wanted to play Playstation...

now thats the encouragement I want to hear so I can continue to think I will never grow into an adult:laugh: yea kids arent for everyone. in fact, id say they arent for most that have them. ive just been more careful then my friends I guess and im ready to move south in 5 years or out west.

I wasnt aware that it doesnt work 100% of the time after the first snip. that doesnt give me a warm and fuzzy feeling but neither does a letter in the mail from support enforcement:banghead: so why wud u have to go back a 2nd time. wat didnt they do right the first time?

is she still ur girlfriend????:eh::grinning:

What the doc actually does is take a section of the cord out (about 3/8 inch in length) then tie a knot in the cord. They don't grow back.

As I understand it, some men are born with a third cord, about one in every hundred. If the doc fails to locate the third cord (he is working through an incision about 1/2 inch) you will end up going back for a second visit to take care of that third cord.

When I went back for the second go around I told the doc as he was doing the proceedure "Doc, you best make this one work cause you aint gettin another chance". He responds with "Son, I've done over 800 of these procedures, you are the third one to have a second go. But I have NEVER had to do one a third time"!

Go get it done Brett, you'll be fine. I had no swelling, no stitches and the procedure was way less painful than having a tooth filled. I actually went home after the first procedure and got busy (Yet gently) with the wife that night. My worst fear was it would never work again.

You'll be nervous, everybody is, but you'll be on here telling us how "If I'd only known it was that simple I would have had it done years ago"!

1 of my buddies recently got clipped, he was in an out no problem. He sat on a pack of frozen peas for a weekend and was back to work so I guess it wasnt too bad but thats not for me. When the zombie apocalypse happens and wipes out most of us I want to be ready and able to do my civic duty and repopulate the earth........:laugh:

Had it done about 30 years ago. Outpatient and takes about 15 minutes. About a 1/2 inch incision and you will feel some pulling and pressure, but no pain. Tender for about a week and then ready for a test drive. Everything works the same as before

I was back at work an hour after the procedure 22 years ago. Jumped out of the sliding door of an E-150 at a security gate and it took a few minutes to catch my breath :laugh:

At your age, no kids, I'd have my count checked first. You might not need the procedure.

I've heard your voice gets higher. Folks might not respect you when you scream 'freeze police' like a girl :laugh:

Fweeze Powice!
