Water In The Oil?

I am still having problems with the water in the oil, looking at the sight glass, it is a milky whitish color when i get home from work.
It is only about a 5 minute ride to and from work though.
Wondering if it is still just condensation due to the short trips, plus it is winter here now with frosts on the ground in the mornings and
I do work night shifts, but sits outside undercover when at work.
Is there a chance that something else could be an issue? not sure how to tell if head gasket is gone or not, but doesn't seam to be using any water or the oil sight glass doesn't get any more fuller.
It did have a some water get into the starter motor somehow at some stage causing the bearings to seize up.
But any more ideas or information would be appreciated.

Have to say i didn't change all that much, I might just have to take it out for a hour or 2 ride to see if i can get things dried right out maybe.
