Weird vibration/shakes

So if anyone has read my last post about my bike being stolen during Milton. But if not now you do and a little bit mode info is while it was gone whoever threw the chain of causing it to eat my rear sprocket to poop. It was also making a grinding noise in the front when i applied the brakes. So I ordered a new sprocket as well as brakes and installed them. I also have new tires that I'm going to try to install tonight. But after I got the sprocket and brakes on I took it for a ride and it honestly felt smoother than it ever has until around 50-60 and it starts like a shaking/hopping kinda feeling and keeps getting worse unti about 100-120 and than I let off it to slow down it stops for just a second when I let of but than starts doing it again bad enough it worries me. I have no clue what it is. But I did find while inspecting my chain that one of my links has like a slight bend in it that I'm assuming came from it slinging the chain off. Does anyone have any suggestions about what it might be or what I should do because I'm lost with it at this point and it's my only transportation so without it I'm jobless and the next step after that is being homeless and I'm not trying to end up there. Cause after tires and brakes I'm broke, like mcdouble and a free water broke, lol

First thing I would do is replace the chain. My opinion is sprockets and chains should be changed as a set. Looking at your old post it looks like the bike took a pretty good hit. Did you check the tires for balance? They may have bent the rims.

The bike needs a full safety checkover by someone that knows what they’re doing.
Whenever the sprockets are replaced… the chain also needs replacement.. everytime, unless sprockets get changed for gearing purposes and chain is known to be good.
As said by above poster, wheel rims may have been impacted and lots of run-out causing the wobble at speed.
Honestly, it needs a full checkover.
Put it up on stands and spin the wheels by hand, look to see if they’re running true or if they have run-out, (left to right movements)

So i had to run a few errands this morning and now its also feeling like im spinning the rear tire or like im pulling the clutch in a little bit while accelerating. Its like i hope they didnt help start my clutch going out although the more i think about it and what could cause that the clutch would probably be the lesser of evils there. But when i got back as suggested I put him up on stands and I could really tell if the bike had a wobble in the rear but the rim does have a bend on the lip of it and the chain is definitely binding when it hits the messed up link. Which sucks because I don't even know when I'll be able to afford a new one. And on top of that I put the front up just to see since after it was mentioned looks like it took a hit I wanted to check the front and find out my front also has a smal bend on the lip as well as my rotor is bent to. Like how did they ben the rotor...smh so i gotta figure out a chain and rotors for the front somehow. But I did have a friend who told me he had a few diff sets of rims around there but he didn't remeber exactly what the went on. So if anyone has a good chain and rotors for sale relatively cheap please let me know. I've went through the ringer with my last busa and this one was perfect I can't belive after everything I've been through its someone else who caused me to have to deal with my bike being hurt again. Its like if I was the one at least i would know my drving and stupidity was to blame not a pos their. I hope I find out through the grapevine who did it because imma take whatever I have to spend plus the headache and lost time app of it straight out of their skin

Just relax and know that whoever did that to your bike is already reaping the bad crop they sowed, it’s a ‘karma’ that they will have to bear… so don’t do anything bad to the thief and bring bad karma upon yourself.
I guess I’m trying to say that forgiveness opens the door to peace, and we can all do with a little peace in our lives!
You’ll get your bike restored to its old self, maybe better, just be patient my friend, it’ll work itself out.

Everything I can think of should have been noticed/dealt with whenever you had the tires replaced...unbalanced, bent rim, etc.
Give the whole bike a detailed look over-top to bottom-and see if anything else is bent, twisted, replaced, out of place, etc...lift the rear if you can and run it with the fast idle control. That way you can walk around it while it's running and get in close to inspect

I wouldn't be concerned about flat spots on the wheel lips, that isn't uncommon, and is not nesacerrily a sign of a bent wheel.
You can take a plastic dead-blow hammer, put a towel over the flat spot, and beat them back into shape.
Just spin each wheel with something to check that they aren't out of round, you can even use a piece of solder, and tie or tape it to the swingarm and fork or front caliper, put it 1/16" to 1/8" from the edge of the wheel and spin it.
If it makes contact anywhere, then you know they are bent, if not, all good.
I would say that a bad chain link and bent rotor are definately your vibration.
The brake pads always drag slightly, that's normal, but a bent rotor will cause the pads to push back on the pistons.
That bad chain link is going to pop every time it goes over each sprocket too.
You will need a new rivot style master-link as well.
Good luck on finding some used parts, I'de send them to you if I had them, but hopefully someone here does.

And
Do you a have a front stand that lifts under the lower triple clamp?
If so, I'de make sure that the forks aren't twisted in the triple-clamps, and loosen and realign them both.
